just the little things

flowers just make me happy

Well, receiving them do… not necessarily prepping them and trying to come up with a creative and beautiful arrangement!

Thankfully, I stopped by to visit with Grace, from Vale of Enna, a few days ago and she had some leftover flowers from Valentine’s Day. So I took them, made a very amateur arrangement and took a few shots.

I sort of like this, even though it’s VERY overexposed.

I’m hoping to snap more photos in 2011. Obviously nothing professional, but just want to capture more moments and memories!

Where have I been? I don't know! One week led to a month which led to several months!

I decided I need to get back to blogging and chronicling some cute 'finds' and nifty crafts. There is SO much out there!

Without further ado... I'm hoping to wrestle this project out soon... why? Because I always lose my lens cap. I try to stick it in my back pocket if I have pockets or tuck it back into my camera bag. But there is always a frantic moment when I am looking for it and can't find it. Thankfully, it somehow always comes back to me. I seriously wonder why the lens folks don't think of creating some way to attach the lens cap somewhere back onto the camera so that they never get lost!
