i finally had the opportunity to meet Kristi - the owner of Anjenu and it looks like we're starting a beautiful relationship! :) i brought several samples of my work and she picked out 4 sets - 2 baby shower/baby thank you cards and 2 wedding invitations/rsvp/save the dates. she originally picked 3 and bumped it up to 4. :)
she immediately put them on display! she likes to have her invitations out for people to look at and peruse through. i felt like a beaming parent when their child takes his first step. i forgot to take a picture... and then felt a little sheepish going back to ask if i could. but i'll be back there next week and will probably get a shot then.
anyways, i'm going to do some freelance work for her too in the future. it's weird. i stepped into her store and thought, it's just what i would want! we have a very similar style and background.
